Level 5: Slow down time for 80 seconds, stop time for 5 seconds, or fast forward time for 8 minutes. 14 points
Level 6: Slow down time for 160 seconds, stop time for 10 seconds, or fast forward time for 15 minutes. 18 points

Other: -The user is always excluded from the effects of time control. He does not slow down, freeze, or fast forward. Slow down does not make you untouchable, bullets are still virtually unavoidable, the easiest attacks to avoid are physical ones, and objects thrown, or forced with Telekinesis.

Stop time allows the user to do what ever they want during the slow down. Once the time freeze ends all attacks made on the opponent come into effect example- Fire ball hits a foe during a time freeze and dissipates. After the time freeze ended the opponent feels the effect of the fire ball and clothes burst into flame from the fire.
Fast forward makes the world fly by in a blur, and to others the user seems to flicker in place. The user cannot be hit by most physical attacks while in fast forward. They cannot move though at all, if they move at all the part of their body will be ripped from their body by the force of the molecules whizzing around in space around you. This is very risky because if the user it hit by a super speed level 3 or higher attack, lightning attacks, sonic attacks, or a TK push, they will be forced to move possibly falling over having their body disintegrate.
